Professional:Coadministration with sitagliptin has been shown to modestly increase the plasma concentrations of dulaglutide. The mechanism of interaction has not been described. When a single 1.5 mg dose of dulaglutide was administered during multiple dosing of sitagliptin 100 mg to steady state, dulaglutide peak plasma concentration (Cmax) and systemic exposure (AUC) increased by approximately 27% and 38%, respectively. These changes are not considered clinically relevant.
