Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer.

Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Acetaminophen and dextromethorphan is a combination medicine used to treat cough and pain or fever caused by the common cold or flu.

Dextromethorphan will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema.

Glyburide is used to treat high blood sugar levels caused by a type of diabetes mellitus (sugar diabetes) called type 2 diabetes. It causes your pancreas to release more insulin into the blood stream. This medicine may be used alone or with another oral medicine such as metformin.
