Based on population pharmacokinetic analysis, concomitant administration of sonidegib with a proton pump inhibitor or H2-receptor antagonist decreases mean sonidegib steady-state systemic exposure (AUC) by approximately one-third. The clinical relevance of this interaction is unknown.
