Using ketorolac together with pentoxifylline is not recommended. Combining these medications may increase the risk of bleeding. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

CONTRAINDICATED: The concomitant use of pentoxifylline and ketorolac may increase the risk of bleeding. Bleeding events have been reported in postoperative patients who were receiving both drugs, although causality was not established. Pentoxifylline and ketorolac individually have been associated with prothrombin time prolongations and bleeding.

MANAGEMENT: Concurrent use is considered contraindicated.
