Acuvail and Pemetrexed Intravenous

Acuvail (ketorolac) ophthalmic solution is used to reduce swelling, pain, and burning or stinging after cataract surgery.

Ketorolac is in a group of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Acuvail works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.

Pemetrexed injection is used alone or together with other medicines (eg, carboplatin, cisplatin, pembrolizumab) to treat non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread, or has not progressed after a previous platinum-based cancer treatment, or that has come back. It is also used together with cisplatin to treat malignant pleural mesothelioma (cancer that affects the inside lining of the lungs and chest wall) that cannot be removed by surgery. Pemetrexed belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics.
