Addyi (flibanserin) is used to treat decreased sexual desire in women who have not gone through menopause and who have never had low sexual desire in the past. It is for use only when low sexual desire is NOT caused by a medical condition, a mental disorder, relationship problems, or by using drugs or other medicines.

Addyi is not for women who have already gone through menopause. This medicine is also not for use by men.

Addyi is only available through a risk evaluation and mitigation strategy (REMS) Program due to the increased risk of experiencing severe low blood pressure and fainting (loss of consciousness) with alcohol use. You can only get this medicine from pharmacies that are enrolled in the Addyi REMS Program.

Apidra is an injection that contains insulin glulisine. Insulin is a hormone that works by lowering levels of glucose (sugar) in the blood. Insulin glulisine is a fast-acting insulin that starts to work about 15 minutes after injection, peaks in about 1 hour, and keeps working for 2 to 4 hours.

Apidra is used to improve blood sugar control in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.

Apidra is used to treat type 1 or type 2 diabetes in adults, and type 1 diabetes children who are at least 4 years old.
