When omeprazole 40 mg/day was concomitantly administered with a mixed salts amphetamine 20 mg, the median Tmax decreased by 1.25 hours for d-amphetamine and by 2.5 hours for l-amphetamine. The systemic exposure (AUC) and maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) were unchanged.

MANAGEMENT: Patients should be monitored for changes in clinical effects during concomitant use.
