Amikacin liposome is used to treat adults with refractory (difficult to treat) Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) lung disease as part of a combination antibacterial drug treatment plan (regimen). Amikacin liposome is an aminoglycoside antibiotic.

Durvalumab injection is used to treat urothelial carcinoma (a type of bladder cancer) that has spread throughout the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced). Durvalumab is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) but did not work well.

Durvalumab injection is also used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not spread and cannot be removed by surgery. It is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) and radiation treatment for their NSCLC.
