Aminophylline Tablets and Disulfiram

Using aminophylline together with disulfiram may increase the effects of aminophylline. Contact your doctor if you experience nausea, vomiting, insomnia, tremors, restlessness, uneven heartbeats, and seizure (convulsions). Patients should be advised to report any signs of theophylline toxicity including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, restlessness, insomnia, or irregular heartbeat to their physicians.
