Amphadase (hyaluronidase) is a genetically designed protein.

Amphadase is used together with fluids injected into the body to treat dehydration. Hyaluronidase can also be used as an aid in helping your body absorb other injected medications.

Amphadase is also used to help contrast dyes in your body show more clearly on certain types of x-rays or scans.

Ziv-aflibercept injection is given together with other medicines to treat advanced cancer of the colon or rectum. It is used in patients who have already been treated with other cancer medicines that did not work well. Ziv-aflibercept works by changing the amount of blood that gets to the tumor.
