Anakinra injection is used alone or together with other medicines to treat signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients who have not been helped by other medicines (e.g., DMARDs). Anakinra is also used to treat a rare genetic disorder called neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disease (NOMID). NOMID is the most severe form of a condition called cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome (CAPS).

Itraconazole is an antifungal medication that is used in adults to treat infections caused by fungus. This includes infections in any part of the body including the lungs, mouth or throat, toenails, or fingernails.

Some brands of itraconazole are not for use in treating fungal infections of the fingernails or toenails. Avoid medication errors by using only the brand and strength your doctor prescribes.
