Ipratropium is used to help control the symptoms of lung diseases, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema. It is also used to treat air flow blockage and prevent the worsening of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Ipratropium belongs to the family of medicines known as bronchodilators. Bronchodilators are medicines that are breathed in through the mouth to open up the bronchial tubes (air passages) in the lungs.

This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Corifact (factor XIII) is used to prevent bleeding episodes in people with a hereditary bleeding disorder caused by a deficiency of Factor XIII.

Factor XIII (thirteen) is a naturally occurring protein in the blood that helps blood to clot. A lack of clotting factors can cause uncontrolled bleeding, as the blood is unable to clot properly. This medicine works by temporarily raising levels of these factor XIII in the blood to aid in clotting.

Corifact will not treat a bleeding episode that has already begun.
