Aptivus (tipranavir) is an antiviral medicine that prevents human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) from multiplying in your body.

Aptivus is used together with another drug called ritonavir to treat HIV, the virus that can cause acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).

Aptivus is not a cure for HIV or AIDS.

Trelegy Ellipta is an inhalation powder containing a combination of fluticasone, umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Fluticasone is a steroid that prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation.

Umeclidinium is an anticholinergic. Vilanterol is a bronchodilator. These medications work by relaxing muscles in the airways to improve breathing.

Trelegy Ellipta is used to improve symptoms and prevent bronchospasm in adults with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), including bronchitis and emphysema.
