Esomeprazole, the S-enantiomer of omeprazole, was similarly affected.

MANAGEMENT: If this combination is given concurrently, patients should be monitored for altered clinical efficacy of the proton pump inhibitor. Dose adjustments may be necessary; however, specific dosage recommendations are not available.
