Argatroban is used to decrease the clotting ability of the blood and to help prevent harmful clots from forming in the blood vessels. Argatroban is used to treat or prevent blood clots in patients with bleeding problems caused by another medicine called heparin. It may also be used in patients who are having certain heart and blood vessel procedures, such as coronary angioplasty.

Trelegy Ellipta is an inhalation powder containing a combination of fluticasone, umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Fluticasone is a steroid that prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation.

Umeclidinium is an anticholinergic. Vilanterol is a bronchodilator. These medications work by relaxing muscles in the airways to improve breathing.

Trelegy Ellipta is used to improve symptoms and prevent bronchospasm in adults with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), including bronchitis and emphysema.
