Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

MONITOR: Cyclosporine may enhance and prolong the neuromuscular blockade of the nondepolarizing skeletal muscle relaxants. The mechanism is unknown.

MANAGEMENT: Patients should be monitored for excessive and/or prolonged neuromuscular blockade.
