Atropine blocks the action of a certain chemical that may reach high levels in the body after a poisoning. Atropine also stimulates the heart and reduces the secretions of the nose, mouth, and lungs to improve breathing.

Pralidoxime reverses muscle weakness or paralysis caused by a poison or nerve agent.

Atropine and pralidoxime is a combination medicine used as an antidote to treat poisoning by a pesticide (insect spray) or a chemical that interferes with the central nervous system, such as nerve gas.

atropine and pralidoxime is not effective as an antidote for all types of pesticide poisonings. You may need medications or additional treatments.

Fluconazole injection is used to treat serious fungal or yeast infections, such as vaginal candidiasis, oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush, oral thrush), esophageal candidiasis (candida esophagitis), other candida infections (including urinary tract infections, peritonitis [inflammation of the lining of the abdomen or stomach], and infections that may occur in different parts of the body), or fungal (cryptococcal) meningitis. This medicine works by killing the fungus or yeast, or preventing its growth.

Fluconazole injection is also used to prevent candidiasis in patients having bone marrow transplants, who receive cancer or radiation treatment.
