Management of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

Has been used to induce and maintain remission in adults with moderate to severely or chronically active Crohn’s disease.

Has been used in the management of fistulizing Crohn’s disease.

Has been used in children with refractory or corticosteroid-dependent Crohn’s disease.

Carefully consider risks and benefits in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, especially in adolescents and young adults. (See Malignancies and Lymphoproliferative Disorders under Cautions.)

• This medicine is not for use in children younger than 18 years of age. The benefits of taking EndaCof-C (codeine and chlorpheniramine liquid) for a cough due to allergies, a cold, or other infection do not outweigh the risks in children. If your child has been given EndaCof-C (codeine and chlorpheniramine liquid) or if you have any questions, talk with your child's doctor.
