Professional:MONITOR: Coadministration of levodopa and oral baclofen has rarely resulted in hallucinations, mental confusion, headache, nausea, and exacerbation of parkinsonian symptoms. The mechanism is unknown.
MANAGEMENT: If concurrent use cannot be avoided, monitoring for mental status changes and worsening of symptoms is advisable.
