Beleodaq (belinostat) is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

Beleodaq is used to treat peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has relapsed or has not responded to other treatments.

Beleodaq was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on an "accelerated" basis. In clinical studies, non-small cell lung tumors responded to this medicine. However, it has not been shown that belinostat can improve symptoms or lengthen survival time.

Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. Antihistamines can cause drowsiness, which can aid in the treatment of occasional sleep problems (insomnia).

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Ibuprofen works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.

Motrin PM is a combination medicine used to treat occasional insomnia associated with minor aches and pains.

Motrin PM is not for use in treating sleeplessness without pain, or sleep problems that occur often.
