Bleo 15k is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

Bleo 15k is used to treat squamous cell carcinoma, a skin cancer that can affect the mouth, throat, nose and sinuses, penis, vagina, cervix, and other. This medicine is also used to treat Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, testicular cancer, and malignant pleural effusion (a build-up of fluid in the outer tissues of the lungs, caused by certain types of cancer).

Bleo 15k treats only the symptoms of these conditions but does not treat cancer itself.

Glasdegib maleate is a hedgehog pathway inhibitor indicated, in combination with low-dose cytarabine, for the treatment of newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adult patients who are ≥75 years old or who have comorbidities that preclude use of intensive induction chemotherapy.

Glasdegib maleate has not been studied in patients with the comorbidities of severe renal impairment or moderate-to-severe hepatic impairment.
