Bleo 15k is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

Bleo 15k is used to treat squamous cell carcinoma, a skin cancer that can affect the mouth, throat, nose and sinuses, penis, vagina, cervix, and other. This medicine is also used to treat Hodgkin's disease and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, testicular cancer, and malignant pleural effusion (a build-up of fluid in the outer tissues of the lungs, caused by certain types of cancer).

Bleo 15k treats only the symptoms of these conditions but does not treat cancer itself.

Granisetron injection is used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may occur after treatment with cancer medicines (chemotherapy or radiation), including high-dose cisplatin. Granisetron is also used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting that may happen after surgery.

Granisetron is a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It works in the stomach to block the signals to the brain that cause nausea and vomiting.
