Brompheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

The combination of brompheniramine, dextromethorphan, and phenylephrine is used to treat runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, cough, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

Bromatan-DM will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema.

Ioflupane I 123 is a radiopharmaceutical. Radiopharmaceuticals are radioactive agents, which may be used to find and treat certain diseases or to study the function of the body's organs.

Ioflupane I 123 is used in a procedure called single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) scan to help your doctor see an image of your brain. Ioflupane i 123 helps to determine if you have symptoms (tremors) that are caused by Parkinsonian syndromes (e.g., Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, and progressive supranuclear palsy).

Ioflupane i 123 is to be given only by or under the direct supervision of a doctor with specialized training in nuclear medicine.
