Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant. It works by decreasing nerve impulses that cause seizures and nerve pain, such as tregimenal neuralgia and diabetic neuropathy.

Carbamazepine is also used to treat bipolar disorder.

Omadacycline is used to treat community acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) and acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI).

Omadacycline belongs to the class of medicines known as tetracycline antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth. However, omadacycline will not work for colds, flu, or other virus infections.
