When a single 25 mg oral dose of duvelisib was coadministered with the potent CYP450 3A4 inducer rifampin (600 mg once daily for 7 days) in 13 healthy study subjects, duvelisib peak plasma concentration (Cmax) and systemic exposure (AUC) decreased by 66% and 82%, respectively. Reduced efficacy of duvelisib may occur.

MANAGEMENT: Concomitant use of duvelisib with potent CYP450 3A4 inducers should generally be avoided.
