MANAGEMENT: The use of vinca alkaloids in combination with potent CYP450 3A4 and/or P-glycoprotein inducers such as carbamazepine, dexamethasone, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifabutin, rifampin, rifapentine, and St. John's wort should generally be avoided.
