Carfilzomib injection is used alone or together with other medicines (eg, dexamethasone, lenalidomide) to treat multiple myeloma (a type of bone marrow cancer) in patients who have received other treatments that did not work well. Tacrolimus injection is used together with other medicines to prevent the body from rejecting a transplanted organ (eg, kidney, liver, or heart).
