Codeine is a narcotic cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Chlorpheniramine and codeine is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies or the common cold. chlorpheniramine and codeine is for use in adults and children who are at least 12 years old.

Do not give this medicine to anyone younger than 18 years old who recently had surgery to remove the tonsils or adenoids.

Like other types of insulin, insulin glargine is used to keep your blood sugar level close to normal. Lixisenatide is to be used when diet and exercise do not result in good blood sugar control.
