Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

Vicoprofen contains a combination of hydrocodone and ibuprofen. Hydrocodone is an opioid pain medication. An opioid is sometimes called a narcotic.
