In addition, hypersensitivity reactions requiring medical intervention have been reported with the use of sequential high-dose aldesleukin and dacarbazine or cisplatin. Symptoms occurred within a few hours after chemotherapy administration and included erythema, pruritus, and hypotension.

MANAGEMENT: Concomitant use is not recommended.
