Coagulation factor X (10) is a man-made protein similar to a natural protein in the body that helps the blood to clot.

Coagulation factor X is used to treat or prevent bleeding in people with hereditary factor X deficiency. This medication is for use in adults and children who are at least 12 years old.

Coagulation factor X may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Diacomit (stiripentol) is a prescription medicine used to treat seizures associated with Dravet syndrome. Dravet syndrome is a rare chronic form of epilepsy that begins in the first year of life and causes frequent or prolonged seizures.

Diacomit is used along with clobazam for use in adults and children at least 2 years old.

It is not known if Diacomit is safe and effective in children under 2 years of age.

There is no clinical data to support the use of Diacomit alone to treat Dravet syndrome.
