Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

Pyrilamine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Codal-DM Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

Codal-DM Syrup will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema.

Zydelig (idelalisib) is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

Zydelig is used together with rituximab (Rituxan) to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and certain types of lymphoma.

Zydelig is given after other cancer treatments did not work or have stopped working.

Zydelig was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on an "accelerated" basis. In clinical studies, some people responded to this medicine, but further studies are needed.
