Defibrotide injection is used to treat hepatic veno-occlusive disease in adults and children with kidney or lung problems who received hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HSCT).

Pemetrexed injection is used alone or together with other medicines (eg, carboplatin, cisplatin, pembrolizumab) to treat non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread, or has not progressed after a previous platinum-based cancer treatment, or that has come back. It is also used together with cisplatin to treat malignant pleural mesothelioma (cancer that affects the inside lining of the lungs and chest wall) that cannot be removed by surgery. Pemetrexed belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics.
