Dexrazoxane Hydrochloride and Lortab

Reduction of the incidence and severity of cardiomyopathy associated with doxorubicin administration in women with metastatic breast cancer who have received a cumulative doxorubicin dose of ≥300 mg/m2 and would benefit from continued doxorubicin therapy (designated an orphan drug by FDA for this use).

Lortab contains a combination of acetaminophen and hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is an opioid pain medication. An opioid is sometimes called a narcotic. Acetaminophen, also called Tylenol, is a less potent pain reliever that increases the effects of hydrocodone.

Lortab is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.
