Dexrazoxane Hydrochloride and Tacrolimus (Systemic)

Reduction of the incidence and severity of cardiomyopathy associated with doxorubicin administration in women with metastatic breast cancer who have received a cumulative doxorubicin dose of ≥300 mg/m2 and would benefit from continued doxorubicin therapy (designated an orphan drug by FDA for this use).

Tacrolimus weakens your body's immune system, to help keep it from "rejecting" a transplanted organ such as a kidney. Organ rejection happens when the immune system treats the new organ as an invader and attacks it.

Tacrolimus is used together with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting a heart, liver, or kidney transplant.
