Durvalumab injection is used to treat urothelial carcinoma (a type of bladder cancer) that has spread throughout the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced). Durvalumab is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) but did not work well.

Durvalumab injection is also used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not spread and cannot be removed by surgery. It is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) and radiation treatment for their NSCLC.

Durvalumab is to be given only by or under the supervision of your doctor.

Estradiol transdermal gel, patch, and spray are used to treat moderate to severe hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause or low amounts of estrogen. It works by preventing symptoms, such as feelings of warmth in the face, neck, and chest, or sudden strong feelings of heat and sweating (hot flashes) in women during menopause.
