Durvalumab injection is used to treat urothelial carcinoma (a type of bladder cancer) that has spread throughout the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced). Durvalumab is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) but did not work well.

Durvalumab injection is also used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not spread and cannot be removed by surgery. It is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) and radiation treatment for their NSCLC.

Durvalumab is to be given only by or under the supervision of your doctor.

In combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone for treatment of multiple myeloma in patients who have received ≥2 prior therapies, including bortezomib and an immunomodulatory agent (designated an orphan drug by FDA for use in this condition ).
