Durvalumab Intravenous and Vascepa

Durvalumab injection is used to treat urothelial carcinoma (a type of bladder cancer) that has spread throughout the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (advanced). Durvalumab is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) but did not work well.

Durvalumab injection is also used to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not spread and cannot be removed by surgery. It is given to patients who have received other cancer medicines (eg, platinum) and radiation treatment for their NSCLC.

Durvalumab is to be given only by or under the supervision of your doctor.

Vascepa (icosapent) works in the liver and bloodstream to reduce very low-density triglycerides.

Vascepa is used together with a low-fat and low-cholesterol diet to reduce triglycerides (fats) in adults with severely high triglycerides.

Vascepa is also used with certain medicines (statins) in adults with heart disease to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and certain types of heart problems that require treatment in hospital.

It is not known whether Vascepa will lower your risk of developing pancreatitis (inflammation of your pancreas).
