MANAGEMENT: No specific dosage adjustment is recommended when eltrombopag is used with lopinavir-ritonavir. However, platelet count should be more closely monitored following initiation or discontinuation of lopinavir-ritonavir therapy, and the eltrombopag dosage adjusted as necessary.
