Brompheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Guaifenesin is an expectorant. It helps loosen congestion in your chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through your mouth.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

EndaCof-PD is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

EndaCof-PD will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema.

Lefamulin acetate is a pleuromutilin antibacterial indicated in adults for the treatment of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) caused by susceptible microorganisms.

To reduce the development of drug resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of lefamulin acetate and other antibacterial drugs, lefamulin acetate should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by bacteria.
