Brompheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Guaifenesin is an expectorant. It helps loosen congestion in your chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through your mouth.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

EndaCof-PD is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

EndaCof-PD will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema.

EndaCof-PD may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Sublocade (buprenorphine) is an opioid medication, sometimes called a narcotic.

Sublocade is used to treat opioid addiction. It is not for use as a pain medication.

Sublocade is given to people who have started addiction treatment with an oral form of buprenorphine placed under the tongue or inside the cheek (such as Suboxone or Subutex).

Sublocade is available only in a certified healthcare setting under a special program. You will not be able to give yourself this medicine.
