Epinephrine is a chemical that narrows blood vessels and opens airways in the lungs. These effects can reverse severe low blood pressure, wheezing, severe skin itching, hives, and other symptoms of an allergic reaction.

EpiPen JR 2-Pak is used to treat severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to insect stings or bites, foods, drugs, and other allergens.

Epinephrine auto-injectors may be kept on hand for self-injection by a person with a history of severe allergic reaction.

Epinephrine is also used to treat exercise-induced anaphylaxis, or to treat low blood pressure that is caused by septic shock.

Lotrisone cream contains a combination of betamethasone and clotrimazol. Betamethasone is steroid that reduces itching, swelling, and redness of the skin. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication that fights infections caused by fungus.

Lotrisone cream is used to treat fungal skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm.
