Professional:

CONTRAINDICATED: Coadministration with potent inducers of CYP450 3A4 may significantly reduce the plasma concentrations and pharmacologic effects of oral nimodipine, which is a substrate of the isoenzyme in the intestinal mucosa and liver.

MANAGEMENT: Concomitant use of oral nimodipine with potent CYP450 3A4 inducers is considered contraindicated by some authorities.
