Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer.

Pheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).

Flu & Severe Cold Night Time is a combination medicine used to treat headache, runny nose, sneezing, stuffy nose, sinus congestion, watery eyes, and pain or fever caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

Injectafer (ferric carboxymaltose) is an iron replacement product. You normally get iron from the foods you eat. Iron helps your body produce red blood cells that carry oxygen through your blood to tissues and organs.

Injectafer is used in adults to treat iron deficiency anemia (a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body).

Injectafer is usually given after oral (taken by mouth) iron replacement medicines have been tried without success.
