Gablofen is a muscle relaxer and an antispastic agent.

Gablofen is used to treat severe spasticity, a movement disorder often brought on by multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, brain trauma and stroke.

Imfinzi (durvalumab) is a cancer medicine that works with your immune system to interfere with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

Imfinzi is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer, and cancer of the bladder or urinary tract.

Imfinzi is sometimes given when the cancer has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed with surgery, or when other treatments did not work or have stopped working.
