Chlorpheniramine may interfere with your response to tuberculin purified protein derivative. If you are currently using or have recently used chlorpheniramine, let your doctor know before you get tested with tuberculin purified protein derivative. It is generally best to discontinue chlorpheniramine for 2 to 4 days before testing, but you should check with your doctor. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
