Humalog (insulin lispro) is a fast-acting insulin that starts to work about 15 minutes after injection, peaks in about 1 hour, and keeps working for 2 to 4 hours. Insulin is a hormone that works by lowering levels of glucose (sugar) in the blood.

Humalog is used to improve blood sugar control in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.

Humalog is used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults.

Humalog is also used to treat type 1 diabetes in adults and children who are at least 3 years old.

Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose. Antihistamines can cause drowsiness, which can aid in the treatment of occasional sleep problems (insomnia).

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Ibuprofen works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.

Motrin PM is a combination medicine used to treat occasional insomnia associated with minor aches and pains.

Motrin PM is not for use in treating sleeplessness without pain, or sleep problems that occur often.
