Paromomycin is used to treat acute and chronic intestinal amebiasis (bowel infection caused by a parasite in your stomach or bowels). It is also used with other medicines to help lessen the symptoms of hepatic coma (a complication of liver disease).

Paromomycin belongs to the class of medicines known as aminoglycoside antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth. However, this medicine will not work for colds, flu, or other virus infections.

Timolol and hydrochlorothiazide combination is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). High blood pressure adds to the workload of the heart and arteries. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill). It reduces the amount of water in the body by increasing the flow of urine, which helps lower the blood pressure .
