Oxycodone is an opioid pain medication, sometimes called a narcotic. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This combination medicine is used short-term to relieve severe pain. This medication is not for treating arthritis pain.

Injectafer (ferric carboxymaltose) is an iron replacement product. You normally get iron from the foods you eat. Iron helps your body produce red blood cells that carry oxygen through your blood to tissues and organs.

Injectafer is used in adults to treat iron deficiency anemia (a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body).

Injectafer is usually given after oral (taken by mouth) iron replacement medicines have been tried without success.
