Incruse Ellipta (umeclidinium) is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing muscles in the airways to improve breathing.

Incruse Ellipta is used to prevent airflow obstruction and reduce flare-ups in adults with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including bronchitis and emphysema.

Incruse Ellipta is for use only in people with COPD and should not be used to treat asthma.

Orsythia is a combination birth control pill containing female hormones that prevent ovulation (the release of an egg from an ovary). Orsythia also causes changes in your cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and harder for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus.
